Our Team.
Katie McClintock, CPA, President
Katie earned her Bachelor’s in Computer Science Education from National University in Korea in 2004.
She was certified and worked as a high school teacher from 2004 to 2006. Katie was a business owner from 2009 to 2014, during which time she also studied accounting at the University of Colorado. Katie passed all 4 CPA licensing exams in 2017.
Katie is a CPA licensed in Colorado and California.
Katie focuses on providing exceptional communication, customer service, and offering a variety of solutions for her clients.
Katie specializes in complex accounting and tax issues involving:

In her free time, Katie and her husband enjoy watching sports, especially Colorado Rockies games. They have four children who are all athletes competing at various levels in baseball, basketball, softball, and volleyball. Colorado CPA License #9037417.
Ted McClintock – Legal Consultant & Advisor
Ted McClintock brings over three decades of legal experience and strategic insight to his role as consultant and advisor at McClintock & Associates CPA.
A graduate of Metropolitan State University with a degree in Criminal Justice (1991) and the University of Wyoming College of Law (1994), Ted began his career as a Deputy District Attorney for the 4th Judicial District of Colorado. His extensive courtroom and negotiation background laid the foundation for a legal career spanning more than 30 years, where he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and results.
At McClintock & Associates, Ted leverages his legal expertise to support the firm’s clients and team, focusing on negotiations, conflict resolution, business operations, and client communications. His unique blend of legal acumen and business insight helps ensure clients receive clear guidance, effective advocacy, and solutions tailored to their needs.
